Customers who switch from Docs Server to Data Center are mainly concerned about the compatibility of our AddOn. The good news is that we already successfully accompanied several customers during their transition phase. However, we must admit that the full compatibility depends on Atlassian’s future developments. We can not influence the platform environment.
Although we made the Docs AddOn compatible with the Data Center, we decided against the official certification process. Such a certification comes with high costs that we would finally have to compensate through higher AddOn prices. To remain attractive for our customers, and regarding costs, we decided against a certification.
